Lower or not?

Hey all,

Advice needed
Should I lower my 98' Civic? If so, by how much?
I was also thinking of tinting the windows.

yes, buy eibach, skunk or spoon springs, ull drop about 2"

definatly lower it depends on what size wheels you have or get but i'd do atleast coilovers Tein coilovers if you can i've got those talk about a smooth ride 2" would look good
