Default new fogs and hid's

not sure how many of you have thought about putting hid's in your 2000 civic foglights...if any, or who have but i strongly advise you DO NOT TRY. it took me almost 10 hours to put mine in and i wish i had pictures of the process. i ordered new foglights and bezels so it would look new. well, the hid bulb would not fit in the new foglights so i had to use the old ones and so i still used my new bezels. after i got the bulb in the old foglight, it was too long on the back side for the back to close. i had to cut a hole in the metal so the bulb could come though the back. once i did that the bracket would not clamp down. i had to modify that as well. it was a MAJOR pain. has anyone else tried? well either way, here are some pics. my bezels use to be color matched but one fell out and got ran over. i think the black goes well with my car...

Nighttime pics, dude. Nighttime pics.

Actually, I think there's a few companies making shorter HID bulbs exclusively for fog lights.

i used the stock foglights....but even still the hid was too long in the back and i had to cut the metal cover that goes on the back of the light that way the light would come through. here are some pics tho!
