Default Newbie Here

I just got a 99 Civic EX 2 door ( completely stock )and want to know what kind of changes I can do to the car exterior. Not looking to do a body kit just simple changes to improve its looks . Any pics and links would be greats.

Well good call on staying away from the body kits. If you want to keep the mods clean and simple then id start with some lowering springs. If you want some springs that will give a nice drop and good ride id go with tein s-techs (i think its like 1.75 in the front and 1.9 in the rear or something like that) and they are for a pretty good price. Then like a set of 17" rims and a lip kit or just the front lip would look nice and clean. Streetstyler.com has some good deals on stuff so check that out. I just bought a mugen front lip, eyelids, and a type r grill from there and it all came in perfect cond. and im 100% happy.

i say lower it, new rims and a lip kit....that would make a huge difference to the exterior of the car. tinted windows too - thats fairly cheap

third. Dont go body kit/spoiler/vinyl, you'll regret itonce you realize what rice is and you'll have yourself your own little un-ricing project once you want it gone

Rims, drop it, possibly tint the windows, lip it. Debadging always looks good too.
