With our housings, im thinking that having a completely clear lens, and new reflector it should maximize the light output... i realize we wont compare to a sixth gen, but the more the better... because i really do need good headlights here... i might even get myself a coupe bumper to put the fogs in as well...

Hey largen, they have oem replica fogs for sedans. Check out my project thread in my sig. I have a picture of them so you can see what they look like. I also had light output problems and I upgraded the bulbs to the sylvania ultra lights. Made the output brighter, to where I'm satisfied with it.

Yeah thats true largen.. it would definitely give out more light on the roar... but how much? because those housings are $100+... i think HIDs would give more of an improvement, dont you?

or you can use cvcrcr's option, and just get headlights retrofitted with oem projectors. it only cost like 1500. haha. but the hid kit cvcrcr mentioned does look like a good deal. i had some angel eyes, that improved the lighting, but then i went back to stock headlights with cheap cheap HIDs and the light output was better.

no need to upgrade headlights, just the bulbs. I got some silverstar 4300k bulbs, made a huge difference.

fog lights help too, but I need to raise them a bit.
