i want to do something else with the exterior of my car that isnt a TON of $$....so what should i do? im going to get hid 1st. i have already made up my mind. aside from that, i dont know what i should do. i am thinking about getting an ebay lip kit and getting it painted to match my car ( front and rear mugen style ), BUT i would really like to have a mugen style carbon fiber front lip. ---its $395 though....that just seems a little too high for me being that its on the bottom of the bumper and is going to get scratches and stuff. one more thing....mirrors...leave the stock?????? gimme some suggestions here.

 

please please leave the mirrors stock.... or go with the EK9 folding mirrors if you have to do something....

 

yea thats the mirrors im talking about....where can i get them? so what about the lip, save for carbon fiber or go with a regular one and paint.

 

Your decision....the problem with the ebay ones is that there is a chance that it won't fit right and look awkward. And/or the materialis cheap and might crack if you scrape itoff the road.

In my opinion I would find something mid-range unless you got the extra loot and baby your car (looking out for pot-holes and bumps all the time). I wouldn't pay less than $100 bucks for one but I wouldn't go over $300 but thats just me.

 

gah so many decisions to make. the summer is coming up so im gonna have some $$ to play around with. does anybody have a ebay lip on their car? if so, does it fit right?

 

Well I generalized a lil bit, I'm sure theres good lips on ebay just a little more expensive. I would check return policies and feedback people left.

 

I got an ebay type R lip on m ycar and it seems to fit fine. It was like 60.00 but the shipping was more then the kit... so i dunno but it fit perfectly

jhs for real i wouldnt even touch your car man, i think the CF lips might be over-doing it, i really dont like lips that dont match the rest of the car (but thats just my opinion), maybe some Spoon mirrors if you're gonna get some new ones though. Lately i've been liking Spoon more and more. HID's will look sick though, but other than that man i wouldnt even touch it haha

 

If thats your car in the photos you have in your gallery why are you thinking about getting another lip kit. I think your car already looks sick to begin with.
