Also depends on the condition of the fender. If it has any in it from shipping or what not. I think $100 dollars is a very lowball estimate, unless you know someone who paints & they give you a good deal. It will probably be $100 in just materials, hell a good quart of clearcoat is around $60 alone!

Its not as hard as it might seem to paint your own car parts, just make sure you spray light even coats and have patience with the rubbing compound or it will look crappy and blotchy from further away.
