Default Painting the Exhaust Cover

While I am doing the "ImportTuner67" Mod, I thought I might paint my header heatshield, since it looks like @$$ and its going to be sometime till I can get my headers. I picked up some silver engine paint when I got the stuff for the Valve Cover.

Anything I should be concerned with?

No comments? Not even a 'Should be Fine!'?

<edit>

Damn, I went out to take the SOB off, and I get the the stupid thing off... any suggestions? I removed the four bolts on the front... but still it won't budge. And what about that 'thing' that is coming out of the side of it... ? What is that? How do I get the shield off around that?

Damn, I didn't think it was going to be that hard.

Or you could just bag that whole shield and put a header in there... food for thought!

And how does one remove it, and is there any 'trick' to getting the damn shield off?
