Default Pictures of suspension installed

Here are some pics of my car with the lower stance thanks to the tien s-tech and skunk 2 shocks. Do you guys think I should put on a front and rear lip now, although it is snowy here now so I might just wait.

hey flip, what type of lowering springs does your car ride on? Do you know of another type of spring I can use to go lower then the s-tech's? I am satisfied now with the drop, especially with winter coming, would this setup perform well enough with an engine swap say as a daily driver, or is a lower ride mostly for looks? And again what type of springs would give me more drop then the tien s-tech's?

well from what ive read you can easily go lower BUT most lower springs will be more bumpy ride.....
i love my Stecs on my 99.... soft smooth ride....
my friend was SHOCKED when he saw how much suspension travel i had compaired to his.LOL his was super stiff and hardly moved any.... but he did have larger tires on his newer civic so it did ride allright.... BUT if he had the same size tires i had then im sure it woulda been realy ruff driving.LOL

alright thanks,. My car is a little bouncy right now, but mind you, i did put on new s-techs and new skunk 2 sport shocks so im assuming that they are brand new and will take time time break in a bit? Also, I think i will stay with the s-techs and skunk2 shocks as once I have some nice wheels on there next summer and front and rear lip, it should be pretty nice.

front lip ftw! (if you get a rear lip, you'll probably have to either get a different muffler or do a little cutting/fab work to get it to fit with your exhaust tips) Get the lip(s) painted to match. And while you're at it, have the side skirts and mirrors painted, too.

lol, ya i was just thinking the other day of getting some matching color side mirrors or ill have them painted, and i will get the lips and side skirts painted to match. I have seen some lips for the exhaust i have, that exhaust is off of a civic ek. As far as the camber kit goes, im not sure if I need one? what doyou think splat(it has the tien s-techs and skunk2 sport shocks) and ya i gotta wait for spring[8D] we get quite the bit of snow here!

To find out if you need a camber kit, get it aligned. They'll tell you. You'll need a camber kit if they can't get the camber to an acceptable level. Usually any type of lowering should need a camber kit, but your car doesn't look much lower than stock.
