Default Powder Coated Vaulve Covers

I was wondering what the average price is to get a d16y8 vaulve cover powder coated. I found this on ebay and was thinking of getting it but do you think the price is to much?

This guy is always on eBay and he's cheaper. You have to have the exact one that he has. OR you can send yours in to get it powder coated. His rules are listed.
"VTEC" valve cover:

keep this in mind:

You must have the same valve cover he has pictured, otherwise you'll be fined 60 bucks.

Also, you options are:
Send your valve cover to him. He'll powder coat it. He'll send it back.

OR

He sends you a powder coated valve cover. You then send your non-painted cover to him.
If you don't yours to him, it's 60 bucks.
