agreed... the only conversion that should be done on a civic is a 99/00 front end on a 96-98.

And on a side note, 99/00 front ends on del sols look freakin sick

The 99 front end is a direct fit right?

Is there any cutting or modifying involved?

no cutting or modifying... you just need all the parts (fenders, headlights, grille, hood, front bumper) and it all bolts right up.

That's what I thought. I'm saving to buy it now.

Are there any differences in a 99 rear bumper? I need a new one anyways

the difference on the rear bumper is minor. i think the bottom lip on the 99 civic is the only difference... i think the 96-98 doesnt have that flip out lip on the bottom.

on my 96 im upgrading the front end to 99-00 coupe. its perfect for me since i gotta buy all new parts anyways so cost is just about the same

^ Im pretty sure the rear bumpers are the same... Im almost positive the 96-98s have the little lip, too...

Anyway, a front end conversion is a good excuse for a carbon fiber hood IMO

dont mind the gay pin striping on the 96 grey bumper. the 99-00 looks more like a black chicks @ss. it pokes its bottom out alittle more.
