for affordable rims check out wheelsnext.com tire and rim packages
free shipping, hidden balancing, and touchless mounting

don't do decals, they're stupid

for LEDs inside, use these:
http://www.oznium.com/led-flex-strips

use 4.7" under the dash (one on each side), 2.4" pointing forward under the front seats (one for each seat), and 2.4" pointing backwards under the front seats (one for each seat)

wire their positive wires all into one positive wire, and run to to a switch of your choice http://www.oznium.com/switches (i like the round rocker switches, you can use a big drill bit to drill a hole in a piece of trim for the switch), and then run them to the cigarette lighter (this way if you leave the switch on the lights will turn off when you turn off the ignition)

bolt the end of the ground wires from each LED strip to a good metal ground on the car. you can carefully pull other the positive and negative wires apart from each on each LED strip.
if you got an LED switch, it will also need to be grounded.

I agree that decals do tend to look extremely tacky, although I am one that loves the clean look.

decals do look bad most of the time, but if you get a paintjob, it can look cool
