Could you put something on the inside to reforce it and make it flush all the way across?

well, when i had my body kit, I used some spray-on foam insualation (for houses), and basically filled in all the bumpers to make them solid and reinforce them. I had a fiberglass body kit, though....

It cost me like $2.50 a can (on sale) at Wal-Mart, and added maybe 5-10lbs to my car, if that. I was ocd about it though... I trimmed up/sanded it down so it was smooth and looked good lol

ya show the problem... DEPENDING ON THE SAG AND AREA you could use some steel or aluminum rods bent to the perfect shape and then after cleaning the rear good..... sand the back of it with a ruff grit to scratch it up good then clean it again.... then with the rods laid onto the back and with it in about the right shape as close as ya can.... then mix u psome fiberglass resin and coat the back all over the rods and the part.....

just be sure to scratch up the back good or the resin wont stick that good and it could just pop off over time...
