Well I sent an email to Ebay with links to my cardomain website and my pictures on HCF for further verification. Ebay is a scamming nest...

scammers suck!!!!!
i keep geting these scammers trying to scam me with my stuff for sale... to anyone dont ever do these so called.. "my shiper" deals where they write you a larger cashiers check/ money order and they so call... TRUST you to give the extra money to the shiper..... when they get your stuff your selling free and you rpeaty much pay them to take your stuff and your money.... and a week later the bank calls ya and tells you its a fake and thiers nothing you can do besides kick your own @ss about geting screwed over so hard!

with anything people are selling.... ask for new pictures! with specifics in the pictures! and also be weary.... photoshop is also commonly used... either way pay paypal for the most secure and thru your credit card that way if paypal cannt get your money back you can file with your CC bank...


thats why i like my dear old friend CASH and hand to hand deals!

 

^ paypal can take money from your account, my friend sold an ipod on ebay and the guy somehow scammed him and paypaltook his money out of his account, even after the transaction wascomplete and he shipped the ipod off to him. paypal never even settled with him.

 

paypal should be the best way to send money thru the internet...
now if the BUYER files a claim the seller has i believe a week to respond to the claim and to prove that the item was delivered... ive had people try that before with me but i give them proof that it was shiped and if so a delivery comfirmation...
and if thats not enough for you.... file paypal for a ATM card then pull the money right outta any atm instantly... other than waiting what 7-10days for them to transfere to your bank account...
they can not just charge your bank account for any money without your permision! i know ive been on the raw deal several times where the seller has screwed me and pulled the money outta thier accountbefore i filed the claim! and alls they do is freeze your paypal account and cancel your account...
thats also why im such a @ss when buying stuff to find out when its been shiped/ how its been shiped/ and proof of shiping! within a few days!!!!
i can be a total @ss to sellers that dont respond to my emails

the less modded out it is the better, most likely its been driven less hard with less mods. (maybe a commuter rather than fun car)
