I just bought my daughter a 2008 Black Civic Coupe and want to put side moldings to protect it in the parking lots. Honda does not seem to make them yet for this model and I wanted to see if anybody new of a sub or aftermarket black sidemolding made for this car? Help....and Thanks!

My Daughter lives in Austin and I would need to have both cars and a helpful "Honda parts " guy to test them. I just would like to keep it clean and nice for her. I live in San Antonio and it seems Honda would address this problem. Seems there are few other posts along the same line. Thanks for the suggestions.

there isn't a big body size difference between these and the 08 civic coupe,maybe you can cut/shave them off if they're too long?

 

then again,it would probaly end up not looking good lol.no effense,just,most home-made things dont ever look good haha .or maybe you can go to a body shop or some car shop and check if they can make some,or you can take some from an older civic and they make it fit on your daughter's civic?
