Ahh glass is so much fun...not lol. Post up some finished pictures, Im glad I have had a chance to work with fiberglass,its a good skill to learn.

 

ya no doubt! no one has the respect for fiberglass until ya build something with it.LOL takes ALOT of work to get all smoothed out BUT LOOKS O SO SEXY when all smoothed and painted up!!!!!

definatly one of those things ya can read all about... BUT until you slap some resin and fiberglass down and work with it... ya dont know what to expect.LOL

and still EVERYTIME ya do it ya get beter... learn little tricks here and thier. and then ya learn WHAT YA SHOULDA DONE FIRST>LOL

are u painting that piece if so u got alot of red fingers to come from all that sanding...good luck

 

no this piece is actually getting wrapped but still ive got alot of sanding to do i ran outta bondo so ill get some soon and get going

 

o well instead of hand sanding go to walmart and get alittle PALM SANDER..... THOSE THINGS WORK GREAT for crap like this!!!!!!!!
just use some ruff sandpaper for the fiberglass stuff and lighter stuff for bondo stuff...

 

man thats gonna look good! IM STIL TYRIN TO FIGURE OUT A DESIGN FOR MINE AHHHG i got a 4x4 sheet of malimine mdf plywood to build it outa too
