u can buy a dye kit. Redye it whatever color is was. It will look New.

No way can you make it look new with a dye kit.
If you didn't want a cover on it, you'll need to buy another steering wheel (from a scarpyard or dealer).

You can have those "re-leathered" too. A buddy of mine just got his true jdm teggy steering wheel and it was all beat up. So he went to a leather shop and had them releather it, and now it looks and feels phenominal
