as the title says, are Steering Wheels from ebay any good? they sell a spoon (dunno if its real) wheel for like $30. also, do these aftermarket steering wheels have a horn?

They are cheap steering wheels with brand name horn buttons, they aren't real. I bought one knowing that it is fake but I havn't installed it yet so I can't tell you if it is good or not. Just make sure you get a real hub though.
