Red face Swapping 2003 Headlight assembly....Help

I have a 2003 EX coupe with stock headlights (the whole assembly). I bought some black crystal JDM headlights to replace my stock ones. Stock ones are actually yellowed from the inside.

Anyway.... I have searched the forums and fid a lot of threads about changing bulbs... but I am changing the whole assembly.

What all is entailed here? I see on the new assemblies several bolts that I can't get to on the stock ones. Am I going to have to take the whole front of the car off to do the swap? Any instruction, pictures etc on how to do this would be appreciated.

Roomie

if your civic is anything like the 96-00 i would assume it should be then you will need to remove your front bumper. bolts under the wheel well and on the bottom of the bumper. then bolts on top side and bottom of headlight

My suggestion, go grab a Haynes manual for your car. It'll probably be one of the best purchases you can make.

That's right! So helpful that RonJ is. haha.. I should have said... If you are not able to print the manuals from RonJ, or bring your PC outside to your car... get a Haynes. lol

You better be posting up some pics when the new headlights are installed!
