hey guys wdup i have a 97 civic dx sedan and it has those stupid tailights with the amber lens and they r kinda big. I really dont want them n e more cuz they r killin the look of the car with the yellow (rollin on steelies, cars silver, black trim looks niice) I really want the coupe style tails with the clear lens with the red lenses but they rnt the same size as the sedans and wont fit. I dont really want altezza's cuz they r too flashy nd rnt the look im goin for. Is there anything else i can do???? lol Plz tell me if there is......nd links if u have any thanx a lot

 

you could always paint the housing or tint em

 

You could either hit up ebay and get a set or red clears ->LINK

Or you could get a can of red candy apple model spray paint and use it to tint the yellow section red, then if you really hate the yellow switch out the bulb to a red one and done.


I've done both the red out, red out then smoke out (used vht night shades) and on my car I simply switched the housings for ones I got off ebay... Painting them is cheaper but it requires prep work as well as a skilled hand (or just luck in my case) were as the new units cost more money...
