can you put the lights on a 05 civic on a 01??? i just like the look better just wanted to know if they fit.

 

It'll require fabrication, but yeah, you can. Hey, I've seen civics with Infinite G35 tails, I've seen civics with Skyline R32 tails. You can do pretty much whatever you want if you know what you're doing.

 

Now i just need to figure out where i can get some...any ideas on just the stock tails?

 

http://www.autopartswarehouse.com/, pretty much all they carry is stock replacement parts. You do realize that once it's all said and done, it'll be pretty expensive to swap out the tails? It's not going to be a bolt-on affair, just so you know. It should look pretty cool once it's done, though.

 

i imaine youre talking about a direct bolt-on swa, and idk if thats possible, use Google and go to respectable car parts website. Search for your tails, and if they come up and say 01-05 Honda Civic Taillgihts, then you should be good.

Any time of tail will fit, just might take some custom fabricating

 

i happend to do the research for you, and it will not be a direct bolt on. the tail lights from an 04 and 05 are the same, thats it, 01 will not fit. directly that is
