Well Im trying to achieve a CHEAP inexpensive way to dress up my civic. I would like to install new taillights and eventually headlights. I try to put about $100 aside for mods every two weeks when I get paid. lol My question is hasanyone ever used these cheap ebay lights?

To answer your question, Ebay lights work but they don't fit the greatest (can't really tell from a distance).

Those lights won't fit your 4 door. Sedan lights are much bigger. Search ebay for like "honda civic 4 dr tail lights" and you should get some.

 

Are the headlights the same way? Does the 2dr differ from the 4dr? Thanks

 

yikes! those really suck.. just tint your stock tails!! much cheaper and looks good

 

Nope head lights are the same thankfully.

When 4 door tail shopping, make sure you pay attention to the year. 96-98 is different from 99-00.

 

Ebay light work perfect, and fit decent, but if I could take it all back I would just tint my stock headlihts, and u can get it for like 25$$ on ebay

I used a product called VHT niteshade on my truck, here is a pic the other truck has stock lights:

 

please don't get chrome tail lights. They dont go with your car at all. There is no ither chrome on your car and they will stand out instead of flow with the rest. +1 on tinting the stockers. I'm a fan of black altezzas, I have some on my car
