are these good racing seats?

i have a red 2000 ex coupe i wanna make sure the sliders will work..
and how do i make a seat belt harness work?

You don't want racing harnesses unless you have a full roll cage, otherwise it is very unsafe.

The mounting brackets should have a spot to bolt the stock belt connector onto them so you can keep the stock seatbelt. You take the female connector off of the stock seat bracket and bolt it onto the new mounting bracket.

Harnesseswill break your collar bones in a wreck and if you flip the car you are stuck there and the roof will crush you.
