Default Too much rust to bother?

Im wondering if it will be worth fixing up the rust on my car later and if its worth putting any money into a swap now as the rust is worse then it has even been before. Im just wondering how much its going to cost to fix this rust later down the road after ive done a swap, plus other small dings and mabey even a recoat of factory color. Or should I sell it now and look for something else? How much is it worth at 200000 km (not miles about 130 miles) runs flawlessly? Is it even worth selling either? I can never get what i bought it for, might make a good winter car, lol but i need a truck too this summer, can't have 3 vehicles.

Pictues from today May 6/08, take a look:

I would still fix it up if rust isnt anywhere in the engine or anywhere but the body.

Thanks for the opinion/recommendation. Theres something about this car that keeps me from using it as a winter beater and letting it go to rust! I think Ill fix her up a bit engine wise and then fix up the rust as well later in the summer. (Ive got some of this stuff in the process already thats why in that order.

you should fix the rust first, because it will slowly eat away at the car
