Yes they do. You could buy a cheap ebay one, but fitment isn't always the best. Just search "97 civic type r lip/grill" on ebay.

I got my type r lip off ebay. It took some effort to get it on since it didnt fit right. Still got it on and it looks nice. If you dont mind putting out $100 buck for a legit lip, go for it.

If you are going cheap, go ebay.

I hate how the grills fit off ebay. They eventually go on, but they put up quite the fight.

 

i bought my oem grille on ebay, it's not like people just sell cheap parts on there.

 

Mine was easy and installed in 10 minutes.
