i painted my valve cover today and just thought id share the pictures i took in the process showing the before, during, and after. tell me what ya think. thanks guys!

nice work man, looks sweet! WHat kind of paint did you use? I'm very interested in doing this to my car too, as my engine looks like *** due to the salty winter roads here in michigan

I vote for more info too! Did you sand it down at all first? Will the paint hold if you didn't? How did you get the 'Honda' silver, did you tape around it or do it by hand?

Looks fantastic, btw...

its easy guys. Just get hi temp engine paint. Clean it.....u dont even have to take it off......just use masking tape around it. Then paint a light coat, let it dry, repeat until ur satisfied.

man that looks good. i see when some people paint it they paint the HONDA letters, but i see you didn't. i prefer your way, makes it look nice and clean. real nice man. never hurts to have it look so good.
