I wanna give my engine a little more eye catchin appeal can some one tell me if the valve cover off a d16z6 or a d15b will fit a d16y8 engine or one that can swap with the d16y8 right now mine jus says honda but i want one that has the vtech logo on it

 

well none say V TECH..... its Vtec

and yes any D16z6 valve cover will bolt right up. they are on 92-95 civics. only downfall is depending on the weather the car was driven in is how bad the cover is worn..... most of them will have pitting and crap in the aluminum cover.... so youll need to sand the crap outta it to smooth it out! ive done it once and going to do it again for my 99civic. im just waiting for some decent weather so i can be in the mood to sand it down for paint and polish.

 

ok thnx man and yea im plannin on all that sanding im gonna sand mine down then polish it out to a chrome appearence then paint the letters in blue
