I sorry dude, just by looking both cars are totaled.
Kinda looks like you will have frame damage.

Yeah, you're car's going to be totaled; the frame is definitely bent.

My vote is for the 240sx; cheaper initial cost (if you look around enough to find one without the drift tax), cheaper to modify, torque, and rwd.
