im interested in putting steelies on my 99 civic.

i dont have the money to buy or find new ones so im asking you guys for suggestions on how i can modify the current wheels on my car.

there are just plastic wheel covers on them right now, should i leave those on or take them off.

help me out guys.

 

I am confused. You want steelies on your car, but you already have steelies with hubcaps. Remove the caps and you have your steelies. Paint them silver or Black if you want to clean them up.

 

my suggestion.. save up you got all winter to do so

 

TiggerDX- the only problem i have is that i want the steelies to look good but if i just take the hubcaps off then the wheels are still on the car and i have no way to clean them up.

basically i was looking for options of different wheels that i could put on while i was working on cleaning up the steelies.

yea i would probably like to save money for new wheels but im going for the sleeper look so i dont want some flashy wheels, just something to get me by while im working on the wheel project.
