Default Wanted to see your interior shots of the '96-'00 center councel

pretty much title states what I would wish to see some good shots of a 96-00 center councel for I am planning a secret swap which many know about lol and just would like to see some good shots of center councels....

P.S. What would be better to get the c/c with a compartment or just bare as in dx hatch i think.....

Are you planning on putting it in an EG civic instead of paying the outrageous $150+ they charge for "JDM" center audio consoles by any chance?

yepperz not wishing to shovel out alot o $$ and just did test fitting last night ......
i bought a full c/c mounting brackets etc and there was a c/c without an arm rest that i was going to get so i hid it for the next day and came back and woot some jerk threw tires on it and broke it so i bought a arm rest one........dont want an arm rest since if i do i fill it up with junk lol

also i found 2 different types of cup holders one like addiction2bass's
and one that dosent have the cover and its grooved with a large top compartment.....this one did not fit due to the end length...so i am going back to get the other one or customize something cool there and sell the one i bought if its worth anything?

but yea i will get pics of the test fitment and ask for suggestions on where to go from there since there will need to be some mods done to make it look right and i havent really worked with fiberglass or metal or bondo so yea .....that will bet later and thanks for the pics

well if working with something that flexes i sugest using some liquid plastic.... this stuff works great for remolding parts! sands just like bondo... but flexable just like plastic! so it wont chip and bust from flexen and smooths out great just like bondo for a smooth easy finish!

i used that stuff to remold my trucks dash awhile ago. stuff worked great and NEVER chipped or cracked! and looked great! only problem i ever had with my dash was the paint over the rest of the dash that i didnt sand and it bubbled up alittle.... but i dont have the truck anymore... brothers friend making payments on my truck... so unless he stops paying its not mine anymore.LOL if he stops ill just call the cops and report it stolen. LMFAO its still titled in my name, plates in my name and insured in my name he would be screwed.... but only if he stops paying.LOL

and this is the stock way it looked with my custom switch panel i made for it... thats how it is now.. i took the screen out to get some cash...

just get creative....

looks good realy.... just not sure about the shifter position... if its in neutral ya might hit the console when shifting BUT if its in 1st or 3rd might be fine.. just flip thru the gears and see....

other than that only thing i would change is the color... find out your stock interior color and get some paint for it.... and just get it to match....

and for the front cup holder area id say get some plexiglass and try making a switch panel for that opening.... not im not sure if that spot can be made flat for a 1 piece plexiglass or if you MUST fiberglass over the opening....

but should be fine to throw some switches in thier....
