the smaller the tires the lighter they can be, 20s are kinda big for a civic-.- but what ever floats your boat, to me those look like 16/17inch. I have 15s now with 195/50 tires, and it can looks a little small. I wouldnt mind some 16s with thinner tires personally.

tires will more likely be cheaper for 17's or 15's, because those are more common....

They look like 17's. Probably on 205/40r tires similar to what I have.

Those are 17", at least. 18" max, but probably 17".

I wouldn't go higher than 16" if I were you. The ride starts getting pretty crappy with rims bigger than that. 15" are optimal; they provide good comfort, look so much better than factory size (13" or 14"), are lighter and thus provide better acceleration, and the tires (195/50/15) for them are cheaper and more common.

ok i will look at 15s if they are lighter with tires and result in bettetr acceleration and mileage than 16's

i'm quite confident those are 17's pictured, and i would not go any bigger than 16'' on a 5th gen. 15's look real nice when its lowered. If you go 17 or larger you will start running into rubbing issues and the wheel will definitely be heavy.
