the projectors will be better in terms of output, depending on you lamp choice, are you planning to use discharge/gas lamps?

The first link is definitely a cleaner headlight.
But it depends on the look of your car already, if it is already clean; no kit or anything. Go with the first ones.
However if you have a nice kit on their and a dark color of paint the 2nd ones may be the better choice.

IMO go w/ the first one. Much cleaner and better looking.

I've seen the second ones and they look pretty sweet. I'd probably go with them.

yes the first set are a cleaner set, but i tend to buy things that perform rather than just look good, theres no point in putting something on your car thats 'good looking' and only find that there not practical and reduce visibility.

just a thought.

if yours is a show car, and its never driven at night then go for the first set by all means

If hes going for a show car why wouldnt he get those ridiculous halo projectors? And the first one would not decrease visibility and those are easily the more practical of the two.

well each to there own, but as a professional lighting designer by trade, i know which would be safer for driving at night.

i would rather seea hazardhalf a mile down a road rather than it coming into light at half that.

the 1st option would not reduce vision to an unsafe amount, it wouldnt be legal for starters, but it would shorten the viewing distance.

Why do you believe the projectors are less practical? and whats wrong with halos most modern cars have them these days, IE the RX8 and the M3

I'm not saying that the first ones would reduce visibility, but could you explain the practicality part? Speaking from experience, projectors light up the road much, much better than conventional low-beams. The low-beams on my projectors lit up the road almost as well as the high beams on my stock headlights.
