Hey i purchased a HID headlight kit awhile ago that came with HI-xenon Lo-Halogen, and the other day one light went out. My question is can I install a Bi Xenon bulb with the relay harness with the Balast i already have?

 

First of all the ballast goes before the bulb,,try troubleshooting by reversing the ballasts, then the bulbs...

and the price on ebay is cheap enough to replace the whole set up with bi-xenon..for less than $50 bucks shipped...

obtw..ballast go for like $10 bucks..
