yeah, but all his complaints against the guy up to this point are on file somewhere, so the cops would just think you are shady. even if you just jacke dup his car, he would report it, and the cops will come knocking on your door. i would just confront him with a hidden tape recorder and a couple of buddies. just ask where he got them.
