First off this :http://edmonton.kijiji.ca/c-cars-veh...AdIdZ133995791 he said it needs a paint job and new struts (I would just get some cusco coilovers for the thing) Should I go for it? 3800 is cheap for an sr20det 180sx of this year and if the motor/turbo runs well like he said, I certainly dont mind throwing on some coilovers and painting it my color choice!~


Guys check it out Ive been looking at this 5.0 for sometime now. It seems really clean/well taken care of at the guy is a good guy after talking to him a couple time. Its passesd its roadworthy, safety and mechanical inspections so it is solid according to AMA. It does not have a original 302 5.0 in it, a 351w I belive its been dyno'd at 354 whp and 413 ft.lbs. Im not sure if I could handle that in a mustang though that is really my only concern. Ive taken it for a drive and it ran very strong/pulls like a mother. He totes it around on a trailer behind a dodge diesel pickup so he must have some $$ lol.

lol these will be summer/weekend cars the 180sx are pretty reliable if not severly modded. I woukd buy your hatch but you are 1000+ kms away from me lol! Yes I need to buy something so I stop harassing you guys with my weekly threads lol

+1. loud v8 foxbody mustangs are just fun and quick.

 

Im going to ggo check it out, its a good price and like I said it pulls hard Im pretty sure it runs 12's in the 1/4 mile Ive never driven a 5.0 before really but they are torquey beasts you can feel the thing twist a bit. Im pretty sure its 351w which is a hell of a Ford motor and they are easy to work on. This is one of the few nustangs around that I think has actually been taken care of. I spotted some nice components in the engine bay right away and the interior is really clean also! I will just have to see what my insurance on such a car will be shouldn't be to bad I might a quote for it today
