OK.. so I saw the car and immediately thought "man... what I could DO to my civic with the money that vette is worth"

Maybe someday I'll be rich and not have to choose. At that point I will own a corvette along with my EG hatch.

Vettes are awesome, i love the old vettes and the brand new ones (everything in the middle isn't appealing to me). I know that Cutt used to have a C6. I saw a broken down vette on Craig's List i wanted to buy, but i'm too broke to buy it or fix it.

i am a personal fan of the older vettes. the new ones are nice but i got burned out on them when all of the old rich people in my town got one and now i really don't go a week without seeing one. they also don't know how to drive them. the old ones are really sweet

My uncle has a set of 2006 vettes, one for my aunt, slower version i guess, and one for him, the fastest one. It has a fricken g-force meter, and insane traction control, the dash is PROJECTED onto the windshield, and we did 120 on an off ramp pullin 9.3gs!!!

I dont own one, but I would certainly love to. I would take the C6 over the M5, even though I'm an avid fan of german cars (except for the new ugly BMWs and most VWs)

the mid 70s vettes were PIGS..and if it was an L48, it would be hard pressed to get out its own way, let alone anyone elses...as the L48s had sub-200bhp. from 75-78 even the "fastest" vettes were mid to high 16 second cars.

I didn't get my vette to be a track machine. I got it because of the sleek lines and the looks people give me. When I found it for the price I did I just couldn't pass it up. The Stingray has always been one of my favorites and now she's my baby. And as long as I can chirp the tires in it then I'm pretty content.

i have a 1978 25th aniversary edition and it is a pos every thing rattles on it and it can bearly peel out but it can still beat my civic on the strip lol but it cant take corners like the civics do.
