i think a park is a good idea to keep people safe from those who wish to race their cars.any other ideas? i hate those photo radars.

Man, come to San Diego or LA and we could write books with articles like this. The park idea is what needs to be done in every major city. We have this unused airstrip at Montgomery Field in San Diego and I don't understand why it hasn't been used for this exact idea. I'd be there day and night. It would replace women and beer. Man, that's scary.
