I have a nikon coolpix II camera and the lens always gets dusty on it. how can i properly clean it?

 

Is the dust on the outside of the lens? If so just get a cleaning kit from your local camera shop. (Not a 1 hour place, but a realy camera store)

I just did a quick google search and found THIS one.

If the dust is on the inside you are not gonna be happy. You will probably need to send it off or take it to your local camera shop.

that doesnt really look like dirt, that kinda looks like sunlight in the lens, but anyway you can get a really soft cloth, like fleece almost and use that to wipe it off. Same thing you would use to clean your glasses.

 

That does look like something on the lens. Take a picture of some black fabric with a good bit of light on it. Then post it.

 

i think its just on the lens because i took a pic of some other stuff and the spots are gone. i just htink i need to clean it regulary. anyone know of anything that can make the lens repel dust?
