Those are not behaviors.
I want you to tell me what "behavior" he had to warrent the police looking into the backpack.
What is your occupation? I'll give you an example how YOU profile every day.
If someone logs onto this forum, and their signature is
Blown Viper, racing slicks,Bilstein suspension, HRE's,ect what are YOUR first impressions about what the tone of their post may be?

now the only thing i think yo need to worry about. is when you get pulled over. be nice don't act like a *****, or act ;ike he was or is out to get you. and you will be fine. just do what they sya.
Ive been pulled over tons of times. Im always nice to the cops, and honestly, I know this sounds lame, but even the officers who have written me tickets, I thank them. Not for the ticket, but for protecting innocent people everyday. I work at a bank like some of you know, and obviously that runs the risk of getting robbed. About 3 months ago, an idiot decided to rob us, and there was an officer in the parking lot who had just gotten off duty, and had his jacket on over his uniform. When the man ran out of the bank, the officer yelled to stop. The man then fired on the officer, so the officer fired back, and shot and killed the man. For all that man knew, this was just a good semaritan, trying to help the situation. We actually got robbed like 4 days ago, but not like that. But the officers are there, and honestly after it happened, it feels so much better once they are there. I was scared to walk to my car the other night when I got off, and when I looked outside we had officers still in the parking lot.
O and I think that the police might have a looksie in anyones backpack if they are going onto the whitehouse property. I used to live 20 mins from there and its pretty strict. And to be completely honest, if that person wants to wear a backpack that says Bush Sucks on it, into the whitehouse, than they kinda are asking to be profiled. Regardless of the ethnicity.

when they tell you, you were speeding. never ever say that you are sorry. because technically that is admiting to it. and he will write you a ticket.

And I have been pulled over a few times, and I have graciously (well, not quite) accepted the ticket...You know why? Cuz I was guilty of what he stopped me for...Speeding. If I got pulled over and told I was speeding cuz I was street racing...That would be another story. Then I'd prolly chuckle...show the cop what I had under the hood...Teach him a little about Honda's...and show him how little HP my car is putting out and that it wouldn't make sense for my little "innocent" 4-banger to be racing!!!

okay and lying about it means youre challenging the officer, basically calling him a liar, THATS a good way to get a ticket.

the way i see it, if you act nice to them they will act nice back, and if they don't act nice anyway cause they are probably either having a bad day from other a$$holes, or trying to get you pissed off. i have been pulled over once, and have been driving for 4 years, i know that isnt much but the one time i did get pulled over this is what happened.
officer - "do you know how fast you were going"
me - "oh about 100?"
officer - "do you know the speed limit in this area?"
me - "i think it is 80"
officer - "correct, have you been drinking or done any drugs?"
me - "nope"
*officer pointed flashlight into trunk area cause seats were down*
officer - "any guns or drugs in the car?"
me - "nope"
officer - "whats in the back there?"
me - "just my stereo"
officer - "is it loud?"
me - "meh, gets the job done"
he then proceeded to let me go with a verbal warning to keep it slow, and that was it.. the way i see it is that the people that freak out on police officers deserve what they get.

i have to show much respect for the police that is what ill be doing next year. I believe that most cops are fair and just doing their job and there is an occasional *** that is just an *** or had a bad day but dont we all.
