This is a cool gadget. I mean its a GPS/dvd player and a cd player. And of course its the radio.
This one just takes up one area(you have two in most all cars) and the screen pops out. Some have a screen that stays out all the time.
THIS ONE IF FOR EXAMPLE. The more expensive one has a built in gps on it.

Its really cool though. I think I want to get one. They are like over 1000 bucks in the stores!

7 inch screen isnt all that bad. You can listen to the tv without the screen being out too. Since watching tv while driving is stupid and illegal!

they cost upwards of a thousand bucks for a reason. My pioneer will out do that POS any day lol. You get what you pay for ESPECIALLY in electronics.....unless your name is Charlton, because then you love throwing money away on eclipse products lol.

How old are you? I just thought it was neat man. They come in the expensive cars so even if I was 10 adults must like them too because no 10 year old is building these things. Nor would a ten year old have 1k-2k to buy one lol.

Nah, its just super cool that you can get a in dash dvd player. Didnt figure I was the only one that had seen them. I like the GPS part as gps's are expensive anyways and well why not get one with a big screen and a dvd player.

 

What Im saying is this stuff aint new. All brands have all and more of those features. And for $500, it wont last very long.

And these have been around for a while now. Yeah they are cool, but like everyone has said "you get what you pay for"

 

That definatly isn't new, alot of new cars (Civic) have an option for nav units. In a couple of years im pretty sure its gonna become standard on new cars. I like the pioneer AVIC, but im too broke to afford it. And i don't have a car.
