Default Do you run everyday

Anyways, i'm 6'2" and i weight 190. I'm by no means fat, but i recently started running each day to lose a little weight (more definition in the six pack). I find it really interesting that once you get going, its a lot easier to make yourself get out and do it everyday. I mean it doesn't suck anymore. I was just wondering if anyone else has done this and felt that way about it.

running is bad for the knees/ankles and feet.

spinning (cycling on a stationary bike) will give you just as much aerobic workout, without the stress to your joints.

I have a treadmill that I use a few times a week. But I know what you mean. I used to spend 2 hours a day in the gym.

I want to start weight training. I can't run cause i hate aerobic exercise. I would much rather weight lift and i could use the added strenght for football. But I don't have a bench or a place to put so i'll have to wait till my basement gets remodeled.
