anyone checked it out? i was in a train station and picked up the latest car and driver for the super car article...found the charger one and read that instead. IMO it looks like a magnum sedan.

the base model (SE) costs about 23k has a 3.5 V6 underhood. next model up is the SXT, about 26k includes a split folding rear seat, power driver's seat, fog lamps, premium sound system, and heated mirrors. The Hemi (Charger R/T) starts at $29,995, including all SXT features and touring suspension, 18" aluminum wheels, heated folding mirrors, leather, and dual exhaust.

now the fun one...the dodge charger SRT8

the 6.1 liter hemi puts out 420 lb-ft of torque and 425 hp and carries the car 0-60 in just over five seconds.

heres the problem: some cities are already putting in orders for these as cop cars...and you know how they beef those up more...

 

this tub is a catastrophe on wheels. a disgrace to all american muscle. The R/T runs a 15.6sec 1/4 mile? Not to mention a fact that it's a 3.5L, which will get ****ty MPG. So then they are trying to rectify themselves with SRT8. Please, for that price, I'd rather buy an S2k or 350Z, and have a faster and a better handling power that will also save me some money on gas, and will last.

Oh, and FYI, this car was beat by an E36 M3, that has 1/2 of this POSs HP and tq.

I am a dodge guy, as im sure you all know, and as a charger it also gets an F from me...as a regular performance sedan, it gets a C...

and whats with putting the Ram front on EVERYTHING? it looks *ok* on the trucks, but i think it looks HORRIBLE on the cars.[:'(]

that car is pure sex -It's simply perfect. I'll try to get it as my next car. I saw an anniversary edition 350Z a few days ago ( they only come in yellow with factory ground effects), and I was amazed, it somewhat resembles a 911 from distance

 

I love the way it looks!!!!!!!! I just wish that they would offer a two door as well. Thos would look freaking sweeeeeeeet!!!!!!!
