Ok so I sold this guy 4 rims, 3 in factory sealed packs and one out for pics. So after the guy takes em home he tells me one rims is a 4 bolt and not a 5 bolt like the other 3 rims. I never had a clue cause it was sealed in one of the factory packs. (guy at tire shop even says it was factory sealed) So now he wants 100 back from me for the rim. I dont wanna pay him cause how do i know he didnt change in a different rim. PLUS he has really really bad reviews for his feedback, people saying they didnt get item. Now he wants to take me to court! CAN HE DO THIS?

 

After he paid and accepted the items it is out of your hands legaly. As-Is. That is the legal way to look at it. the moral way is that you should try and help fix the problem IMO

 

+1. i figure he bought the item because it was sealed, theres nothing u could of done to know it was the wrong wheel besides opening it but then he might not have liked that...its something he might need to take up with the dealership or w/e since its his propety and responsibilty now.

 

Ya, well at first I was gunna give him a refund, then he started sending me really rude emails. In his reviews hes done this 6 other times to other sellers...

 

i'd just ignor him or possibly report him to ebay about his rude emails..
