mainly i wanted to know for you turbo nuts.. if ur cars turboed do you need super gas?? or could you get away with regular?? i dont wannna get a car i have to have 2.89 cents to the gallon in... i would perfer 2.59

any one in wisconsin/michigan area wanna go look at a car for me?? hes in that upper part of michigan that connects to wisconsin...

It depends on the compression ration. There is a dynamic compression ratio, which is the compression ration while the engine is running. SO the more boost pressure (anc CFM) you run the higher you dynamic compression goes up and the higher the compression the higher octane fuel you will need to use. I'm thinking that if you put the boost low enough you can get away with running lower octane. I need a civic, refer to the bottom of the post.

 

mines wrecked.. its a 93 coupe.. dx.. d16z6 swap..trannys gone... its an auto though.ud need the manual swap... someone was gonna buy it..but he hasnt gotten back to me in like a week... i guess the guy he was gonna have come get it had a heart attack..

i would run 93 if i could find it here, i think one place sells it and when i go get my car tuned im gonna get the 93 for that dyno day....

 

Won't that throw the tune off if you run 93 for the tune and something else everyday?
