when i have my tires changed, i remove the wheels, take them to a shop, and come back when they are ready.

I know how you feel. Well to a certain degree at least. I don't own a peice of machinery like you do, only a little itsy bisty civic

I hate it when others damage my car, I hate it even more when they damage it and don't take responsibility for it. I've recently been the victim of a hit and run and I was quite pissed, the repairs cost a total of ~1300$ but luckily my deductible is 500$ and this won't affect my insurance rates, but still no one ever showed up. I had to cool down for an hour before I decided to go to my neighbors (who I know did it) to ask them if they saw or knew what the hell happened.

Let me just say this to the incompetent and ignorant ****s out there: If you don't have any ****ing responsiblity or competence around vehicles stay the **** away from us you bastards.

Sorry to the admins for the excessive swearing, but I needed to blow it off. [:@]

Insurance wouldnt go up for something as odd as that, would it? I have never had any car of mine in some kind of weird problem like the elise but I would think this is pure liability of the shop....

Of course I would pray that the car suddenly blew up as well so it can be declared totalled and you can start over with a fresh new one!
