I've not drove any exotic cars but I have driven many fast cars and bikes.Ihave got to say the best two things I have ever driven have to be a nsx and gsxr1000(love the bird killer but it's too damn heavy for someone who weighs in at 125.)I like the nsx for it's handling, and moderate power.but for the cure for my endrenaitis I like my 8 sec gsxr.

The only real problem I have with domestics (especially cars like the Cavalier, Neon, Focus, Escort, GTO, Ion, and others), besides my general dislike for their design/quality/performance, is that people are using them to try and break into a world that has always been completely import-populated. This includes such aspects as drifting, "street racing," and even ricing (sad but true...). My experience has been that these people are generally pre-biased against imports (either from stupidity or influence by friends/family/advertising), which is funny, since imports are (99 times out of 100) lighter, faster (in the same class/level), cheaper, and better quality. These are the things that the Ameri-ricers have to learn (in addition to the fact that you get more laughs than "props" if you roll up in a slammed neon with a hood scoop and a kamikaze wing).

To summarize (in case you don't want to read all that): In general, domestics aren't worth the waste.

Anyway, sorry to ramble. I just felt like putting in my 2 cents.

i have driven my share of nice cars, i can proudly say that a few of my friends are luky and got blessed with very nice but stupid parents. for graduation 2 of my friends got wild cars, one got a s2000 and another got a 350z. i have driven both of these cars several times and i must say that i favor the s2k much more. A) drop top B)9000 rpm and about 4 of them are vtec, and you feel like your in a sling shot. it also feels like you can accelerate while going in circles, the car is flat out insane.
The downfall to the 350z is just my opinion, i found it hard to drive when just driving normal. There is so much power it makes the transition between gears a little difficult for us honda drivers. because the car is lower revving and its just ***** OUT in whatever gear and whatever rpm your at. But when he lets me go at it in his car. its just plain scary...
