This is my diet..Pop once or twice a week,if that.. other then that, its Milk, Water, and healthy juice.

Hot: I have a couple thousand bags of tea from BigLots to choose from.

Cold: Chocolate Silk or Arizona tea. Water will do when out bicycling, though

You should see the stuff he does when he has alcoholic beverages But yea, Im a fan of milk n water mostly, beer once in a while, captain/coke or tea once in a while, but usually milk n water 24/7

Chai tea and soy milk.

Orange and Pineapple Juice.

I haven't touched a drop of soda in 7 years. Makes me happy to see so many non-soda drinkers around here.
