I think you can buy the ring sizers from jewlery shops. It has a bunch of different sized little plastic rings with the sizes on it. Just wait until she is asleep and be really careful but check her size.

I bought my gf a ring for our one year anniversery and where i bought the ring from they only carry one size and after you give it to her then you go back and size it perfectly. Not sure if the places your at are like that. Good idea on the ring tho, my gf loved it.
