Ok well you guys/girls know of the wreck I got into with my 98 sedan. I have went to court 3 times allready for this to no avail. 2 times nobody showed but me(moved the court date foward w/o telling me[:@]) and the last time it got continued as all the witness's were not available. I have been told by my lawyer that I am all but at fault for the wreck and to not even think about filing a counter suit as it would hurt my case.

Untill like 15 minutes ago that is. I got a call from my lawyer as I am going to court again on Wed. He said that they went and looked at the other guys car and looked at the scene. He said that he did not know that the guy had turned left infront of me and that when they were looking at everything at the scene that there was not a blind hill as the guy is claiming and that he was totally in the wrong in the matter. Then he said that we(him, insurance company, and me) are going to fight it. He has also said that I ned to decide if I want to file a counter suit by Wed. and to let him know before we get in the court room.

I am going to file a suit for $5000 as it will pay my sedan off and I will be clear of debt. You should have seen me I was smiling from ear to ear when I got this new
