GAH!!!, i ordered a set of HID's from West Impiorts, i have ben keping track of the shipping through the reference number, they shipped it to Quebec, there was a clearance delay, so they sent it to Memphis, TN, after a day they sent it back to Quebec, and it was saying Clearance in Progress, wel after 8 hours of clearance it finally said In Transit, but the details indicated it was to be cleared by FedEx broker. so i got a call this morning (but i was still asleep) from FedEx in Montreal, saying that i owed them $32 cause of Customs fees, and that i have to pay by credit card for it he gave a number to call back, so i called back, and EVERYTHING IS IN FRENCH!!![:@][:@] How the hell am i supposed to get a hold of someone if it is all in french. Last i heard the law in Quebec indicated taht it had to be in french AND english, we have to do it everywhere else for them... GAHHH!!!!!!!... i just want my HID's...[:@][:@][:@]

Ok so it didn't take as long as i thought... i just got through to the guy that called me and he spoke english, but had a pretty thick french accent... Still pissed taht i had to pay $32.45 just to get something i already paid for[:@]

fiirk you should have told them to send it usps ground and this would have never happened.....your shirt got there fine when i sent it.

 

^ and my ipod connector got here fine when and it was sent through UPS... oh well, what is done is done, West Imports may see this post and say "ok no more FedEx" but this isn't the firsrt time his has happened, last time it was only $5 though. I know this isn't WestImports fault, it is the damn customs to blame lol.
