GIF animation editior?

Any one know of a GIF editior? but so that it can retain the animation too... i found one but it is just for creating the animation not for editing it.

Download Gamemaker. Here is the link: HERE

It is a program for making simple to moderate games, but it has a GREAT gif editor.

Adobe Imageready, comes with Photoshop.

Yes it does. I have it, but I dont like it all that much. It just takes forever to do anything in it. I do like that you can transfer your project with one click from one to the other.
